We understand that plans can change. Below is our official refund policy for event registration fees:

Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]

Refund Schedule:
+30 days prior to event: Full refund minus administrative costs will be given back 7-10 business days.

Additional Refund Details:
-Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving a valid request.

-Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

-Refunds are not available for no-shows or participants who fail to attend without prior cancellation.

Note: The Company reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of verified emergency or hardship, at its sole discretion.
